Positive: This is a private villa complete with a separate bedroom ( queen sized bed) with attached bathroom and then the other room wad an open concwpt kitchen, living, and dining at a breakfast bar. This is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood just about 1 km from Sarchi. The property was very secure with 2 entry gates and included parking. The owner lives nearby on the property and was always available. They only accept CASH.
Negative: I wish the owner had listed all the big items in the kitchen. I suggested it to him.
