Summary: Fantastic location, with Boca Catalina across the street, Malmok and Arashi a short walk away. Well-appointed apt with everything that is needed. Easy parking in front of the house. Friendly and attentive staff tending to grounds. One suggestion - changing the roll down shade in the bedroom. It limits light, and if lifting it - there is no modesty/privacy, as pool goers are right there.
