Please note: This property requires a minimum stay of 4 nights. Only weekly bookings can be accommodated starting on a Friday between 4th July and 5th September 2025. Blue Drift consists of an open-plan layout including a kitchen with an electric double oven, 5-ring induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, wine cooler, a dining area, a sitting area with TV, and utility. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size, a king-size with en-suite shower, a double, a single, and a super-king-size with TV and en-suite shower, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture and hot tub, plus off-road parking for 2 cars. Pet-friendly. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, Blue Drift makes a great base for an escape to East Devon. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: Guests will have access to the entire house apart from the garage. Note: Please be aware that the house is situated alongside the busy B3178 road which leads from Budleigh Salterton to Sidmouth so there is some traffic noise; all the rooms have double-glazed windows. Note: The house is situated within an unfinished housing development although the house itself is in perfect condition. Note- no children under the age of 12 are permitted to use the hot tub. Children between the age of 12 and 16 years must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome for an extra 20GBP per pet per stay. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.6 miles, beach 1.5 miles. Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am - guests will have access to the entire house apart from the garage. Note: Please be aware that the house is situated alongside the busy B3178 road which leads from Budleigh Salterton to Sidmouth so there is some traffic noise; all the rooms have double-glazed windows. Note: The house is situated within an unfinished housing development although the house itself is in perfect condition. Note: The second-floor bedroom has a sloped ceiling. CCTV: There is a Ring doorbell at the front of the property for security purposes. Noise Guidelines: guests are asked to be respectful of neighbours and to avoid any noise in the garden between 10pm and 8am - the area is residential with young families living nearby. For this reason, we also ask that the hot tub be used only between 8am and 10pm. The house is not suitable for parties, noisy gatherings, stag, or hen groups. Parking: Parking is limited to two spaces on the driveway due to the constraints within the development. If guests have a third vehicle, it can be parked for free on Bedlands Lane, a local road just a 5-minute walk away along an unlit grassy path. Please note that parking across the pavement or in any other areas of the estate is not permitted. Please note: The signal at the property can be poor, but WIFI is available for calls or general usage.

Summary: Beautiful property and so well equipped, all the furnishings are beautiful, you literally need nothing as everything is thought of from shampoo and shower gel right through to washing up liquid! We had a great stay, the only downside was the neighbours children running around at the front shouting at 8 in the morning which if you want a lay in slightly spoilt it but other than that no issues at all. Had to buy dishwasher salt as couldn’t use the dishwasher as didn’t clean properly, very minor issue which didn’t effect our stay! Host had great communication from the start and we even got in the property early as it was ready for us. Great place, very clean and would definitely stay again.
