With a thoughtfully designed split open floor plan boasting a main bedroom, a junior suite and 2 guest bedrooms with a total of three bathrooms, one of them also serving as pool bath.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy open floor plan that seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living thanks to 3 stacking 8 FT Impact resistant slider on one side and a 90 degree slider on the other so you can bring the outside in.The Great Room comes with a 10 FT coffered ceiling with LED mood lights, and a large sectional sofa with a Silver Timber Coffee Table plus an 85" Smart TV 8K for your entertainment. Dramatic Kitchen with 3cm Phoenix Diamond Quartz, with waterfall left & right of island, great breakfast bar with 4 white barstools, lots of counter space, pantry with wood shelving, stainless steel appliances, upgraded maple espresso cabinetry, soft close doors and drawers, integrated microwave, a wine refrigerator, and Siver Canvas backsplash. The well-appointed kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with modern appliances, ample cabinetry, and a convenient breakfast bar. It's the perfect space to prepare delicious meals while enjoying panoramic views of the water. Just steps away there is the dining area with a Silver Timber Dining Set right at the window with open water views.
The Master suite with Coastal King Set, two nightstands, dresser, 65” TV, sliders to pool deck, walk-in-closet and dramatic bath with his and hers separate granite vanities and a walk-around-shower including a rain shower are yours as well. A Junior Suite with another King Set, 55” TV, large Walk-in-Closet, en-suite bathroom with shower and single sink. The two Guest bedrooms both come with Queen beds, nightstands share a bathroom with walk in shower and single Sink. This Bathroom offers direct access to the pool deck. Laundry room with front loading washer and dryer and sink.
Step outside onto the expansive screened lanai, where you can relax, entertain, and enjoy the Florida Lifestyle at its best. Whether you're enjoying a morning coffee, hosting a barbecue, or simply lounging by the sparkling heated pool / spa, every moment spent outdoors is a true delight. Large, covered lanai with dining and lounge seating for everybody including a firepit and a 50” flat screen TV above. The large pool with rectangular whirlpool is embedded in an oversized brick pavered pool deck. Whirlpool functions can easily be handled by Pentair remote control. All water features can be heated on cooler days for an extra charge.
