Black-out curtains throught the house help keep out the Florida heat. 3 car garage on a corner lot. House is equipt with Google for music inside and outside on the lanai. Short drive to several beautiful beaches. Plenty of great restaurants and parks nearby not to mention large sidewalks to tour the beautiful South Gulf Cove neighborhood. Boca Grande is only a 15-minute drive to see the most beautiful beaches. Other beaches are less than a 30-minute drive.
