Positive: Good location, close to the golf course. Large home easy for people to spread out.
Negative: Part of house was under renovation during our stay and had electrical wires hanging from the wall, which was not communicated to us prior to arrival. Also several amenities described in the listing were either not present, such as a hot tub, or not working like the a/c - it looks like the listing has been updated since we vocalized our concerns. Local management company was challenging to work with and felt deceptive during several conversation. Overall the home was ok, but would not recommend others to stay at the current price point given the challenges our group experienced. If you do stay, take pictures/video of the house on check-in otherwise they will try to blame you - we had time stamped photos but they still tried to blame us for broken objects within the home.
