SNOWDROP COTTAGE is located on the edge of Bishops Tawton village, next to the River Taw. 3 bedrooms sleep 6 people, with 2 bathrooms and a lovely courtyard garden with hot tub.
This newly renovated accommodation is found at the foot of Codden Hill, surrounded by beautiful Devonshire countryside. Within a 5 minute walk is the Chichester Arms pub, serving fantastic food and drink.
Stroll alongside the River Taw for miles along picturesque footpaths, and along the river to Barnstaple. Or walk up onto Codden Hill for stunning panoramic views as far as Exmoor, Dartmoor and Lundy Island.
Enjoy the best of both worlds at SNOWDROP COTTAGE - stay in luxurious accommodation in rural peace and quiet, but be within easy reach of the many sandy beaches of North Devon including Instow, Westward Ho!, Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe.
LIVING AREAS
The living area is upstairs, along with two of the bedrooms. The open plan living space is bright and social with an open plan lounge, dining area and modern kitchen. Velux windows let sunlight pour in, and the countryside views are fabulous!
Home entertainment includes a flatscreen TV, Freeview, bluetooth speaker, books and games for a rainy day. On chilly evenings switch on the electric fire and cosy up with popcorn and a movie.

A top quality kitchen with everything you could need for a well deserved stress-free stay. Appliances include a fridge, separate freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, hob, microwave, blender, cafetiere, kettle, toaster, as well as an excellent choice of pots, pans and cooking utensils.

All 3 bedrooms have versatile zip-linkable beds giving you the option to choose from a king size double bed or twin beds in each. Please specify during the booking process. Each room also has a 24” TV with Freeview.

OUTDOORS
Outside there is a raised decked seating area with a picnic bench, then steps lead down to a sunny gravel courtyard with a fantastic covered hot tub area (the hot tub can be added upon booking). A real suntrap, and a lovely place for a BBQ or to sit and read a book with a coffee. There is additional seating in the courtyard and a parasol and charcoal BBQ are provided. Secure, gated parking is provided for up to 3 cars.
