Billabong Island is an extremely unique Holiday Home set on a 5 acre property featuring a 3 acre freshwater lagoon with water fountain and stocked with Barramundi! Billabong Island is only 10 minutes from the city center of Cairns and a short walk to the beach, local bars and restaurants. This large 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is built on an island surrounded by the lagoon. The home comfortably sleeps up to 13 people and features a fully self-contained kitchen, open plan living and dining, and a large timber deck which wraps around the back of the house looking over the lagoon. Two of the bedrooms feature ensuites and private balconies. All bedrooms have tvs and the home is fully air-conditioned. This is a birdwatchers paradise! Take a stroll around the property which includes many organic tropical fruits, relax by the Billabong with a book and a drink or cast a fishing line into the lagoon and watch the Barramundi jump out of the water!
