BIKES & A HOME THEATER!. Our cozy cottage with lake views, located directly on the bike path to the Colchester Causeway and Burlington Greenway. There is beach and boat access, with kayaks & paddle boards for guest use. Enjoy the fire pit while grilling and outdoor games in the fully fenced yard. Family friendly for up to four guests. Inside is artfully decorated. A gas stove to warm by. Downstairs is a home theater and game room! There is pool, ping pong, air hockey & darts. The home theater is comfortable with massage chairs and a giant bean bag. The theater sound system is immersive and a huge OLED TV with vivid pictures. There is another OLED TV in the living room and both have google assist. Full size washer & dryer. Two amazing king size beds with Egyptian cotton sheets & tempur-pedic pillows. EV charging in the driveway. Complimentary Keurig coffee, tea & hot chocolate. There is cold filtered water & ice. No parties please.
