Positive: nice location near bike trails and water. Very cute place, spacious common area and bonus some games, cars and books for our 5 year old to play with.
Negative: Would of liked information about beach/water access. There was a set of stairs to the water but we were not sure if it was access for us or someone elses property. Also didn't know if the water was drinkable we reached out and didn't hear back until the next morning and some of us drank the undrinkable well water. also the pillow aren't very comfortable
