With a washer and dryer, full size appliances, and eco-friendly tankless water heater, you'll have all the comforts of home. Plus, the fun paint colors spark a perfect playful vibe for your stay.
A short walk to Victorian Square, the Nugget Event Center, and right off I-80, you will be centrally located and only a short drive to all Reno area attractions.
An architectural beam is a natural divider in the sleeping space from the living area.
The spacious King bed is framed by two nightstands with their own lamps. There is a small closet, and a mini-split AC and heater that keeps the temperature just how you like it.
The living area features a futon that converts into a Full bed, a dining table, chairs, and a smart TV. Of course, there's also an antique tea cart that we converted into a bar cart!
This property is a separate unit from the front house with the same address. To access your stand alone space, the driveway is on D Street, around the corner from the 2 story main house front entrance.

There are plenty of walkable attractions, but since we are so close to the freeway there is nothing within Reno area that is more than 20 minutes away.

No Illegal Activity, Weapons, or Illicit Drugs. These are strictly prohibited on the property.

No Open Flames. Candles, fireworks, or other sources of open flames are strictly prohibited on the property. A $250 fine will be charged for any open flame violation.
No Pets. If an unauthorized animal is brought onto the property, a $250 fine will be charged. This fine is separate from any additional charges for damages or professional cleaning due to animal hair and waste.
Furniture and Appliances. Please don't move furniture or appliances from their original placement. A $250 fee will be charged for moving furniture or appliances weighing more than 30 lbs.
