New house (2022) in a peaceful spot right in the heart of hip East Austin. Huge 2500 sq ft modern house perfect for family groups, friend reunions, business retreats or just to spoil yourself in some luxury. Private patios and living rooms on each of the 3 stories so everyone can find a quiet spot. Wood floors and open floor plan, large dining tables (both indoor and out) and a chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances. 4 Bedrooms + 4.5 Bathrooms so every room has an en suite
The space
First Floor: Mini-master bedroom (queen) w. separate entrance and attached bathroom. Chef's kitchen, open living space with living room (2 couches), dining room, barstools on the kitchen peninsula and stereo station (old records or Bluetooth to your phone). Powder room (half bathroom). Living room has giant sliding glass windows to open when the weather is nice. Also, private front patio with dining tables for 12 and a hammock in the warm months and in the cold months, 2 patio heaters and a solo fireplace and smores station.
Second Floor: 2 bedrooms both with queen beds and attached bathrooms (one has a tub, the other has a shower and 2 sinks). There is a 2nd story living room with a third bed (twin) a desk and a kitchenette with a refrigerator and Nescafé coffee machine. Laundry room with very nice new washer and dryer, laundry supplies, iron etc. The master bedroom has a door to 240 sq foot private patio with dining table and Adirondack chairs.
Third floor: whole floor is open space. 2 queen beds separated by a living room area with a couch and views to downtown. Bathroom with views to downtown. Small patio with 2 chairs and side table.
The whole house is yours (the only exception is the garage- at least until I’ve got that ready to make it a gym).
Because this is a new house and the abuse of some folks out there who would take advantage, we unfortunately can't accept bookings for those without a history of good reviews.
