Better Together is the perfect getaway for your reunion, retreat or restful vacation! Better Together is a newly constructed 5 bedroom 3.5 bath home located on the far west side of Galveston Island, with equally magnificent beach and bay views.
There is plenty of room for you and your guests at Better Together, both inside and outside. You’ll hear the coastal birds make their way across this narrow point of Galveston Island from the beach to bayside and back again. The main floor houses the living room, dining room, and kitchen. This open concept makes it a roomy and comfortable space for your family and friends. The beamed ceiling allows for beautiful views of the Gulf. The kitchen and dining room hosts multiple people and has plenty of room. The main floor hosts the primary bedroom with a king bed, sleeps 2, and an en suite bathroom. The first floor hosts four bedrooms, one a secondary primary bedroom with a king bed and twin size trundle bed, sleeping 4, and an en suite bathroom. Two bedrooms have queen-sized beds, sleeping 2 in each. And the last bedroom has two queen-sized beds, sleeping 4 in the room. All of the deck chairs and tables provide a comfortable place to watch as the sun sets over western Galveston Bay. The home features an outdoor shower to wash off your day in the sand and a charcoal grill for your night with family and friends. POINTE SAN LUIS & PLAYA SAN LUIS Playa San Luis, on the beachside, offers numerous beachside dune crossovers to access the beach, and Pointe San Luis, on the bayside, offers a seasonal community pool and hot tub. Create your own adventures with beach gear and golf cart rentals, a sunset cruise or a bonfire and smores on the beach. This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions. Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices. All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am. EXTENDED STAYS Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.
