Positive: The beds were so comfortable, the sheets were so soft. The night I arrived I turned the air down to get ready for bed but early morning we woke up sweating, I turned the air down again and went back to bed. The next morning we were doing hair and makeup for my daughter’s wedding and it started getting hot inside. I went to turn it down and found the digital pad wasn’t lighting up. I followed the instructions posted on the refrigerator and sent the host a text with a video showing him exactly what was happening. He immediately responded letting me know his maintenance manager would be out within 20 minutes. Arrival 13 minutes later. Polite. Respectful. Quiet while working. Apologetic for the inconvenience. Never had an issue after that. Host even text to check on the cooling situation. When my husband and I finally arrived back to the home at midnight the house was cool and refreshing. 10/10 I’d recommend.
Negative: Blackout curtains would have been nice for a late sleep before checkout, but I cannot knock the place for being bright and airy. I would stay again.
Summary: Perfect for what we needed and less than 7 miles from Tillis Hill Recreation.
