A beautiful round table near it, where you can enjoy your morning coffee.The dining room area has an open view of the fire place and pool area. Dining table seats 8. You can cook and serve delicious meals and entertain with family and friends!
Family room has a beautiful fire place, 60'' TV screen , with cable channels and Wi-Fi, and plenty of reclining seating and a massage chair. Amazing backyard and pool area views !!Beautiful set up with plenty of sun and shade. 12 different color changing pool lights, your choice !
Large outdoor area has a beautiful set up with plenty of sun and shade, large fenced yard, a Tiki Hut with teak lounge chairs , Weber BBQ , large pool where you can swim, or relax on comfortable pool chairs and lounge furniture.( per your request, a daily rate of $ 40 will be added for pool heating) , --however, most of the winter/spring months the pool is warm because the temperatures outside are so high. you might never need the heater on. Outdoor shower for rinsing off.
To make your stay more enjoyable we provide bicycles and beach accessories: chairs, umbrella, towels, coolers. Also pool floats, balls, pool toys etc.
Please note that our property is in a quiet residential neighborhood, To respect our neighbors , we kindly ask you to refrain from loud noises/ music after 10 pm.
