Belle Vue is a wonderful home for a beach holiday in Mount Martha - beautifully furnished and with the most amazing views - it's a luxury holiday waiting for you! Walking into the lounge - you are happily distracted by the vista across Port Phillip Bay. Here you'll enjoy sunsets, rolling storms, view the sailing boats and jet skis and the ever changing seascape on the bay. Also enjoy the new firepit in the backyard!
There are two TV lounge areas (Foxtel in main lounge), perfect when you need multizone living for parents and kids. There are 3 dining tables, 2 inside and one outdoors with the BBQ and Silver Arc water feature. Entertaining is easy from the kitchen with large gas hob and electric oven, double drawer dishwasher, plumbed ice/water fridge and all the delights needed for catering for your family. A curved breakfast bar at the kitchen - is a lovely inclusive touch when eating here and enjoying a drink from also. A large walk in pantry is equipped with your culinary needs - and all the essentials of Nespresso Coffee Machine, Sandwich Press, Microwave and Blender. The alfresco area is drizzle with sunlight on sunny days and shaded for comfort when reading a book, enjoying a coffee or wine and nibbles - listening to the water feature is so relaxing. And the all important unlimited NBN is available here too.
A mezzanine level takes you up to the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 4th bedroom is a kids bunk room - this is downstairs on the entry level with the 3rd bathroom. A large laundry with washer and dryer is available. There are 2 secure garages for guest use, and space in the driveway for 1 more car. Kerbside/Off street parking is at the front of the property. All bedding and bath towels are supplied, please BYO beach towels (hire of Beach towels is also available).

Summary: Stayed at Belle Vue for two weeks over Christmas and New Year. The house itself is extremely stylish, clean, comfortable and very well appointed. The kitchen is spacious, well equipped and included a comprehensive welcome pack of food and treats, much appreciated! The three upstairs double bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The master is en-suite and Beds 2&3 share facilities. A fourth bedroom with bunk beds is located on the ground floor near the main entrance and a shower room. The lounge area has been designed to make the most of it's hillside location overlooking Port Philip. Views are simply stunning, especially at sunset. Wi-Fi is free and reliable and the air conditioning worked well to keep us cool. Parking our hire car in one of the garages to keep it out of the sun was another unexpected bonus. Particular thanks to the property manager Helen for arranging a beautifully decorated Christmas tree for our stay. If we ever return to the area, we would be delighted to book Belle Vue again.
