Ultra-modern vibe with hardwood floors in living area, new tile in the kitchen, granite countertops, 52-inch wall-mounted TV, modern gas range, dishwasher, off-street parking, just steps from large park with playground, 10 minutes to everything: downtown, fairgrounds, greenbelt, movies, great dining, two malls, 5 minutes to St. Alphonsus Hospital, only 2 minutes to the grocery store. Great for families, couples, and people coming to Boise for business or fun.
You'll be in a classy, secluded neighborhood in the middle of the city. It's basically an extended culdesac with no through traffic. There's a very nice park about thirty steps down a little path right next to the yard. And there's a stunning view of the foothills on your way in. Take a couple of folding chairs, a bottle of wine and marvel at the view.
