The entire property has been fully renovated throughout. The unit has brand new modern furnishings including a king size bed in the master bedroom, 70" smart TV in the living room and a 65" TV in the master bedroom both fully equipped with the newest Amazon Fire sticks with access to all your favorite programming, new major appliances, full size gas stove, full size double door fridge with ice maker and filtered water, fully appointed kitchen, wireless fiber internet and triple filtered water faucet on the kitchen counter. The unit has its own brand-new washer and dryer to make things that much easier while you stay. Newly installed tankless hot water on demand so you always have Hot water in the shower! We have also just installed & upgraded new solar panels that provide the entire property with all the power you need. Enjoy the outdoor sitting/dining area with fantastic views.
Guests will have full and private access to this large second floor unit. You can enjoy the outdoor sitting area to enjoy views of the lake and mountains.
This is a self-check-in property. We are available to assist via messaging on the app, texting, or by phone until 10pm..
Situated in the heart of San Antonio you are steps away from amazing restaurants, shops and even Wal Mart. Located less than 10 min from Ajiijc and 5 min from Chapala plus you will enjoy so much even within walking distance from the house. We have the bus right out the front door and "mari" fresh market right across the street. The San Antonio square is 2 blocks away and the Carretera is 1/2 block up the street.
We have on-site parking options, and the bus is right out the front door.
Centrally located steps from the Carretera and all major busses right at the front door making your stay that much easier to enjoy the entire lakeside area. Parking options are available both on the property and safe /secure street parking right at the front door.
The house is equipped with the latest and best whole house water filtration system providing the cleanest and safest water which includes : Water softener filter , charcoal filter, sediment filter, salt filter Ultra violet light filter combined with the same smaller system in each kitchen giving you the best water available .

Summary: The whole package. From the welcome from the owners to the going upstairs, and seeing the property was a wow it was exceptionally clean, spotless, and what I like more at home is the comfortable clean factor. Everything else has its place and so much equipment. very clean and top of the line appliances. And lots of places to venture, and the bed? Don’t have about that. Very clean and confertable. Felt very safe there, could have stayed a month!!!
