Romantic, new wooden house on a large sunny plot, quiet but not lonely on the edge of the forest. Ideal for small families and dog owners: in the idyllic painter's village Ferch and only 300 meters away from the Schwielowsee shore with bathing beach, country inn, marina and boat rental, this small, special architect's holiday home stands in a quiet location between trees and meadows.
It comprises a large living room with a well-equipped kitchenette and huge picture windows, a bedroom with a luxurious walk-in closet and a modern bathroom.
A 100 year old forest pine was carefully integrated into a large (approx. 20 sqm) covered veranda. Here you can also sit outside when it rains - very romantic! The garden is approximately 500 square meters and well fenced. Own parking space for cars is available.
A fireplace and underfloor heating make the house an ideal retreat in the evenings and in winter.
