Detta moderna hus i äldre stil ligger högt beläget på natursköna Malö med underbar utsikt över Malö Strömmar. Tomten är på 1700 kvm och huset på ca 180 kvm boyta fördelat på tre plan. 9 sängplatser i kombination med tre våningsplan gör det möjligt att få sin egen "privacy".
Huset är byggt 2001 och är vinterbonat. 5 sovrum, 3 badrum (alla med wc varav två med duschkabin) och två sällskapsrum samt kök med öppen planlösning.
Stora altaner omringar huset. Ena altanen ligger i lä och erbjuder sol från lunchtid till sen kväll. Förutom solstolar, två grillar och parasoll finns även två matbord för luncher och middagar. Altanen mot öster vetter mot vattnet och erbjuder morgon- och förmiddagssol för frukosten. Två nya altaner: en med vedeldad badtunna med utsökt utsikt över bukten och en solterass med fantastisk utsikt och sol hela dagen.
Övervåningen erbjuder ljusinsläpp från tre vädersträck. Master bedroom med walk-in closet, WC, TV rum med fåtölj-hörna samt havsutsikt.
Entréplanet, mellanvåningen som badar i ljus, har access både till över- och undervåning. Välutrustat öppet kök och matplats för 10 personer med utsikt över Malö strömmar. Två sovrum, badrum med golvvärme och duschkabin. Soffgrupp runt täljstenskamin, hall med golvvärme samt litet rum för ytterkläder. Alla trägolv är nyslipade och vitbetsade samt nyrenoverat badrum.
Markplanet har klinkergolv och egen ingång. Hall med avhängningsmöjligheter, två sovrum hänger ihop. Badrum med dusch, stor tvättstuga med tvätt/tork och vask, matförråd med extra kyl samt ett rum för flytvästar (ingår vid hyra av båt), förvaring av väskor, golfbagar och dylikt.
Huset är försett med fiber (upp till 100 mbit/sek), högkvalitativt trådlöst musiksystem (Sonos som också gör det möjligt att koppla till ditt eget spotifykonto) med flera flyttbara högtalare, Smart TV (2018) med fiber-TV.
Kök med induktionshäll (2021), separat ugn (2021), micro (2022), kyl/frys (2022), diskmaskin (2024). Tvättstugan erbjuder 8 kg tvätt- och torktumlare från Bosch. Extra kylskåp på bottenvåningen.
Huset har två cyklar som man rullar ner med på ett par minuter till minilivs eller badplatsen, med bad från både klippa och brygga. 700 m från huset ligger också båtbryggan, ytterligare en badplats och båtplatsen med en välskött Finnmaster 6000 offshore, 140 hk suzuki motor (2014). Den går att hyra till huset, erfarenhet krävs. Där finns också parkeringsmöjlighet för bil om man hyr båten.
Man tar sig till Malö med bilfärja från antingen Ellös- eller Skaftöhållet. Färjan tar ca tre minuter och går var 20:e minut dagtid samt halv eller heltimme på kvällar/nätter. I omgivningarna, mitt i Bohusläns skärgård, finns många sevärdheter och aktiviteter. Närmast det legendariska Handelsman Flink som erbjuder musikaftnar på restaurangen med modesta priser. Färska skaldjur och fisk köps av den lokala fiskaren. För golfaren ligger Orust Golfklubb tvärsöver Malö strömmar.
