In 2006, acquired by the current owner as a holiday home, the villa was completely redesigned and provided with high-quality equipment to German standards, which met every expectation. The property covers about 500 square meters; The living area of the 3-storey house is about 110 square meters. There are 3 terraces, 1 cellar room, 1 carport.
