The villa has 4 bedrooms, each with bathroom ensuite, three of them with shower / toilet and one with bathtub / toilet. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes with an integrated dressing table and wall heating, 2 also have air conditioning.
The living and dining area is spacious with a dining table for 8 people. In the living area there is a stone-clad fireplace for cozy winter evenings.
Connected is the spacious kitchen with fridge-freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and enough dishes and kitchen accessories. There is also a scullery with a sink, washing machine and dryer.
The living area opens onto the partially covered terrace with a sunny pool area, heated pool and a wonderful view of the golf course. A Weber gas grill and a Weber charcoal grill are available.
The villa also has an additional toilet and an automatic double garage.
The villa is located in the secured Pezula Golf Estate.

Summary: We were three senior adults who spent a week here. Communication with the owners who live in Germany was seamless, and our dealings with the onsite manager was exemplary.The views are spectacular from all the massive windows. Our favourite was the heated pool, which allowed us to enjoy it in the evenings when the temperature dropped, as well as on the few cooler days we experienced. As seniors, we did find this house a bit more difficult than most others we have stayed in, as the kitchen/laundry and front door is located up a few stairs, and to hop up and down these stairs constantly between the main living space to the kitchen, was inconvenient.The layout of the bedrooms and their en-suites is very interestingly designed, but it is a bit of a maze to get to the bathroom from the bedroom. I don’t want to detract from the quality of this residence by my review, but I would suggest that more senior people or those with any kind of mobility issues should reconsider .Definitely a large spacious home with great beach equipment provided, as well as baby needs has been taken into consideration.in.
