38 Vila Castelo is a well presented town house on the popular Vila Castelo complex in Ferragudo. On entrance to the property there is a hallway with two bedrooms, the first bedroom has one double bed and newly renovated (2024) en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and the second bedroom has two single beds and newly renovated (2024) en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. Both bedrooms have split heating / air conditioning units on the walls.
There are stairs (with stair gate) leading up to the bright and airy lounge and dining area, here you will find a Smart TV with a selection of channels, you can login your Netflix for more TV options, one large comfortable L-shaped sofa and a stylish dining table and chairs. Just off the lounge/dining area there is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make it feel like home from home.
This property is really light throughout, we like to ensure everything is kept up to date to make it as comfortable as possible for our guests.
We love the terrace on our property, it is accessed from the lounge (via patio doors), the terrace is the perfect place to relax in the sunshine, there is a comfortable seating area and 4 loungers, there is also a dining table and 4 chairs and a electric canopy for shade. There is also a side terrace so you can get the sun in the mornings.
