You're also just short beach walk to the famous Mindil beach sunset markets and Mindil beach casino.
Beautiful open plan living, dining and kitchen downstairs opening up onto the outdoor alfresco area and infinity pool. Perfect spot to cook a BBQ for dinner while taking in one of Darwin's famous red sunsets. Also downstairs you will find a Queen bed guest room with private ensuite, separate guest bathroom and fully equipped laundry room. Upstairs is the master suite and bathroom with separate deep bathtub and amazing marina views from every angle.
