The 1st floor primary bedroom is located on the opposite side of the house from the guest bedrooms. Separated by a spacious family room and kitchen with bar seating. A separate, cozy dining room seats 8. Through the laundry room are the stairs to the 2nd floor primary bedroom with private bath. The large, finished basement features a wet bar with seating, huge couch, and tv. There is a separate room for cards or games. There is a full bathroom with a shower on the lower level. The patio slider off the main floor family room opens up to the fully fenced in backyard. The manicured outdoor space features a beautiful in-ground pool and separate hot tub. Multiple lounge chairs line the length of the pool. There is a full outdoor kitchen with 2 separate seating areas to dine outside. This home is perfect for entertaining.
