Located in the prestigious San Juan River Village, this home is only 5 miles from downtown Pagosa Springs, 20 miles from Wolf Creek Ski Resort, and surrounded by National Forest.
There's no better way to experience Pagosa Springs, one of Colorado's best-kept secrets, than with a trip to this beautiful riverfront mountain retreat. After hiking in the National Forest, skiing at Wolf Creek Ski Area, or soaking in the hot springs just 10 minutes away, go for a soak in your very own private hot tub spa on the back deck overlooking the San Juan River, known for world class fly fishing, or curl up next to the outdoor patio fireplace as you take in the beautiful forest views and the sounds of the flowing river.
