Summary: The title is how my wife and I described it once we got settled in, sitting on the bed and taking it in. Prior to that, we had met the owner and he was great. Happy, energetic (despite the biting cold), and polite. He walked us back and showed us around. He showed us the backyard briefly (cold) and it was beautiful, night and day. He showed us the inside, where things were, how to set things up. He even turned on the heater for us. Fair warning, it can get very cold in there. There are plenty of heaters and blankets, though. He then gave us recommendations for dinner, including a list he sent to us and left us to our night. Due to a busy weekend, we didn't see him after that but he was easy to contact and we never heard them or loud noises at all. It was a great "comfy cozy" stay!
