This penthouse villa is an easy drive to quaintfishing villages of Playas del Coco and Playa Hermosa as well as the private beach of Playa Penca. The building is surrounded by lush jungle andoffers peace and tranquility, while providing amazing views overlooking the village of Playa Hermosa and the Pacific Ocean. Thispenthouse is spacious with an open floor plan offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy your well appointed vacation home. The 2 bedroom /2.5 bath condo has been completely renovated with new furnishings and has gourmetkitchen with granite countertops and new appliances. There is a large flat screen tv in the living roomwith both Spanish and English cable channels. Comfortable pull out sofa provides you the ability to accommodate6 people.The dining area has sweeping views of the Pacific.The master bedroom has a flat screen tv. For the active set, the location provides you with the ability to run or walk to Playa Hermosa and the surrounding areas.
There is a private rooftop balcony plus two additional balconies, one off of the living room and one off the master bedroom all with ocean views. These areas offer a peaceful setting to take inthe sites and sounds of the Howler monkeys, parrots and parakeets, and all of the other speciesof birds that live in the area.The view of the sun setting over the Pacific is unmatched from your private rooftop terrace.

Summary: This condo is situated on the 5th floor and has an amazing view and an exceptional rooftop terrace. It is well-equipped although there are a few minor items needing maintenance. Use of the rooftop terrace requires ascending a long flight of stairs, somewhat problematic for elderly tenants. The location is convenient to Playa Hermosa and Playas del Coco by car. We had one significant problem, which was not the fault of the owner or the rental agent: The elevator was out of service for 5 of the 7 days we were there.
