Summary: Four families with kids from 5 - 20 years old. We stayed in three of the variable lodging options Koko, Beautiful, and Four toes. Plenty of space despite a lot of people. Rustic feeling to some degree. Gym was closed when we were there but there is good hiking not too far away. We used the place as our base for skiing at Angel Fire but am could have skiied Red River (25 minutes away) or Taos (45) as well. The place was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies.
