4 Bedroom House in Dexter, Pinckney

Modern, spacious (2k sq ft), light-filled lake house on beautiful Base Line Lake with 80+ feet of frontage. Floor to ceiling window doors across the entire front of the house with an awesome view directly on the water. 4 full bedrooms, including a master suite with king bed and lake views, and a bunkhouse room with 2 bunk beds and additional pull out mattress.
Granite countertops, new appliances, comfortable furniture and lots of beautiful views of the lake make for a relaxing retreat!
This home makes a fantastic destination all year round, but especially in the summer. Please note that during summer months, Base Line Lake is an all sports lake and there is a lot of activity on weekend days on the lake.
The house has a dock that we keep our pontoon boat moored to in the summer months. Guests who wish to use the dock for a boat rental or to bring their own boat must also pay an additional fee ($300) to cover the cost of storing our boat elsewhere. In addition, any guests who choose to use the dock will be required to complete a liability waiver prior to arrival.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The hosts were so friendly and responsive to any question or request. Probably the cleanest place we have ever stayed. This property is great for large groups, plenty of beds, linens, games, kitchenware, and activities. Although we didn't have young children or babies, if you do, you will find everything you need here for a great stay. Thanks Charles and family!
