Summary: I gave you a good review because everything was great until- On 7/7/2024 I was unable to get into the house. I was dropped off so I didn’t have a car. tried the code many times. Called Vacasa. No response. I called the Police to see if the could assist me to enter. It was 100 F and 33% humidity. I didn’t have any more water. The police arrived and gave me some water. Vacasa returned my call and said some one would be there in 20 minutes. THE BATTERY IN THE LOCK WAS DEAD!!! I COULD NOT POSSIBLY HAVE KNOWN THIS NOR WHAT TO! I’m still furious.
