Beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-floor villa, steps to the beach. Sleeps 6 to 8 persons with a comfortable living area and a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen. The ground floor features a wrap-around patio with stunning views of both the mountains and the sea, with a patio table, chairs and barbecue. There is a bathroom with shower, and a living space with couches and chairs, TV, stereo, telephone.
The second floor has 3 bedrooms, each with their own balcony with sea views. There is a second bathroom with shower and laundry facilities. The master bedroom has access to a rooftop terrasse with a view to the beautiful Aegean Sea with its magical sunsets. Enjoy a bottle of wine while watching the sun go down!

Summary: We stayed about 10 days in Sam’s villa. It was absolutely beautiful. The villa is spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. It is a short walk to the beach and the town. We were early in the season so the town was very quiet but everyone was so friendly and helpful. The larger village of Antissa is about a 10 minute drive up some really windy roads - the views and the square are worth the drive. It has more restaurants, a bakery, several small markets...there too, everyone was welcoming. Sam managed to be an outstanding host even though he wasn’t present in Greece. He provided assistance and introductions to multiple people in Lesvos who made our stay that much more enjoyable - Costas at the car rental made our airport transfers and car rental effortless, Costas (a different Costas) at the local restaurant made sure everything was ok at the house, gave us the keys and we had several meals from his restaurant (available to eat in or take home), Paul who owns the To Kati Allo restaurant in Antissa was also available to answer questions and made us several fantastic meals. In addition, Sam had a cousin drop in to check that all was well when we arrived, Sam arranged for another cousin to make us an amazing home cooked meal in our villa. This is an amazing home, in an incredible location with the spectacular resource of Sam!
