Newly built in Spring of 2018 with all new and top notch appliances included. Large open floor plan in living room and kitchen. Large wrap around deck with 2 picnic bar style tables along with 4 wicker Ashley outdoor sofas that seats 8. Six cushioned single chairs available for seating on the large wrap around deck as well. The house has open French doors in both master bedrooms and living room areas for easy in and out access. Kitchen includes a back exit/entrance with deck and a large staircase for convenience and ease of stocking groceries. House includes a laundry room with large washers and dryers. Two master bedrooms suites with California king beds extremely comfortable memory foam beds, 2 large bedrooms with Queen beds with very comfortable beds, Large bunk bed room that sleeps six, A small bunk room with hardwood queen over queen very expensive comfortable memory foam beds (sleeps 8 adults) 3 bathrooms; one includes tub shower, the other two are custom showers with granite tops. Brand new fully stainless steel 3 burner Weber grill. Propane not included. House sleeps 22 people in bedrooms.
