Gorgeous beachfront apartment with ocean views. Yorkeys Knob is a local secret here in Cairns. Quiet, private location surrounded by tropical rain forest and natural environment. Wonderful bird life with stone curlews, kookaburras, rainbow bee eaters, willie wagtails, azure kingfishers and more. Wallabies come down to the beach at night. Monitor lizards wander through trees along the beach.
Live and dine on the front deck with ocean views. Watch ships traverse the inside passage of the Great Barrier Reef. Swim and time of the day on a Surf Life Saving protected beach right out front or jump in the salt water pool. Have a fresh beach shower, dry off and go next door for coffee and breakfast at Ten06 cafe. Also good for lunch and dinner. Go fishing on the rocks right out front. Walk around the corner to the Yorkeys Boat Club for fabulous views over luxury boats all the way up the coast to Palm Cove and Double Island. Yorkeys is a famous place for watching kite surfers when the wind is up. Relax to the sound of wind in the trees. Lie back and listen to the ocean in bed at night.
