Beautiful beach view condo in the wonderful town of Puerto Vallarta! The moment you arrive you are welcomed by a breathtaking view of the beach. This condo is located next to "La Isla" Shopping Center, There is no access to pool and beach from the condo.
When you decide to venture out into the city there is ample transportation. Buses and taxis are readily available (and very inexpensive) to take you anywhere your heart desires. Nearby is the Malecon (Seaside Boardwalk) and Old Town that boasts many activities. In Old Town you can enjoy ample shopping, art galleries, the fish market, sidewalk performers, and even fireworks from the Santa Maria replica pirate ship. If you’re a foodie you’ll love the international cuisine available around town and especially the prices! The Marina is also nearby where you can see the cruise ships come in.
Puerto Vallarta is a resort town on Mexico’s Pacific coast, in the state of Jalisco. It is known for its beaches, water sports and nightlife. Its cobblestone center is home to the ornate Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe church, boutique shops and a range of restaurants and bars. Downtown is adorned by white-washed houses with terracotta-tiled rooftops. El Malecón is a beachside promenade with contemporary sculptures, as well as bars, lounges and nightclubs.

There is access until December 31st, 2024 from 8am to 8pm for 4 adults and 2 children under 12 years old

Summary: The owner and Jennifer were fantastic and we could not have been treated better. Met other condo dwellers and have new friends!!We knew the new hotel owners(Hyatt) would not let us proceed thru the hotel to beach or pool unless we were prepared to pay 75 usd per person per day!! that was and is outrages!! The Hyatt personnel were very rude. We were not the only renters disappointed by this new enforced rule.
