It is an ancient renovated aesthetic building. The flat is reached by extremely comfortable and wide marbled straight stairs at the third floor. There is a small marbled court in front of the flat entrance. There are big windows with plenty of day light. It is very cosy and comfortable. The flat has a modern American kitchen and bar, AC unit and heated by natural gas heater (kombi),
Also, there is a big common terrasse with BBQ. One can sit and enjoy
