My apartment is in front of the beach and has 140 m2 of private area + hobby box (beach chair, umbrella and body board, frescobol) and 2 covered and enclosed parking spaces with electronic gate. It has views of the beach from all 3 suites and the living room. View from Joaquina beach to Armação. View of moonrise and sunrise and sometimes whales in winter.
It is ideal for families and couples. It's all complete, TV 55 "Smart with children's cable channels, TV series and movies. WIFI 60 MB. Air conditioning hot / cold in all suites plus ceiling fan. The building is residential, with elevator and communal pool. It has a hobby box with 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella, surfboards and coolbol. Cotton bed linen and bath and beach towels. Hair dryer. Dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, gas water heating, whirlpool in the master suite. Toaster, blender, coffee maker, electric orange juicer, electric oven, dishwasher, sandwich maker, crockery, pots and cooking items. It is in the 2nd. floor. It is the apê that I also use so I take care with much affection and dedication in the decoration.
