To many, Toiny seems too far away from Gustavia and St. Jean, but road improvements over the past years have drastically cut back driving times. Along with the peace and calm of Toiny, this is why there are more and more villas being offered on the windward side of the island. Gustavia is in fact, just 15 minutes away and St. Jean is only 10. Here you can wake up early in the morning with the most amazing sunrise, and feel the cooling breezes that also keep mosquitos out, without being bothered by noisy roads.
Villa Cacao is situated just minutes from the Toiny hotel and beach club. It offers three bedrooms on the main level, and a fourth bedroom below the pool area, which is set up as an independent studio with kitchenette. The main level offers large sun and shade areas, where guests can relax, sunbathe and dine while enjoying the beautiful views. The living space contains the living room with the entertainment center and comfortable seating, and the modern fully-equipped kitchen in the back. This space can be opened up to benefit from the breezes or closed off and air-conditioned for maximum comfort.
Two bedrooms can be accessed from the living room, a third is accessed from the terrace. each bedroom has a king sized bed, U.S. satellite and Apple TV and ensuite bathroom with shower.
Villa Cacao is an excellent choice for a family vacation, but will also suit 2 or 3 couples traveling together.
