Summary: The remote lock system did not work when arriving, the cleanliness was bad, there were no coffee machine, iron, toaster, there was not a bottle of water, the sheets were not clean, etc. The facilities of the building were not working, the pool did not have a heating system, the sauna was broken, there is an app to reserve and as a guest you can not use it, the biometric to open the elevators does not work wither for guests. In summary, this property should not be listed in the platform.
