Summary: GOOD: Location is close to nice beach. House is spacious. Owner responded quickly to issue at check-in. MEH: We arrived 15 minutes after allowed check-in time. Cleaner was still working and driveway completely blocked. An annoying delay after a long drive. BAD: We rented a house instead of staying at a hotel in order to be able to cook meals together. Unfortunately the owner did not stock this kitchen well. There were barely enough utensils…only 1 set per person meant dinner, salad, dessert all with same fork. No colander. No baking dish (just loaf pan and cookie sheet). Owner skimped on towels too. Each person was issued 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. No washcloth. And for this being a beach house, there were no beach towels! The showers were also problematic. Downstairs shower was finicky and barely worked. Upstairs shower had large patch of alarming BLACK MOLD.
