Come enjoy the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains while staying in the newly renovated "Beary Convenient" condo in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg. This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is located just steps away from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park entrance and is only a short walk to the Sugarland Trail, perfect for hiking enthusiasts who want to explore the outdoors. Plus, it's within walking distance of all the attractions, restaurants, and shopping that downtown Gatlinburg has to offer.
The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and a private balcony overlooking the outdoor pool. The condo is equipped with all new appliances, including a fully equipped kitchen, and features a new electric fireplace that you can enjoy any time of year. Oak Square Condos complex offers a range of amenities for our guests to enjoy, including two pools (one indoor and one seasonal outdoor), on-site laundry facilities, ice machines, and covered parking. Wi-Fi and cable TV are also included for your convenience.

Summary: The location was great. On the quilter side of Gatlinburg but so easy to walk to everything and hit the road to hike the Smokies. It was perfectly priced as we just needed the bare necessities to make breakfast and sleep. Would stay here again in a heartbeat
