Our cozy 420 sq ft. condo is steps from the main pool deck and the stairs down to the sand on 'World’s Most Famous Beach'. It is perfect for couples or small families. As a 1st floor condo, it allows for easy loading/unloading of your belongings. Positioned just behind the oceanfront units, it offers a partial ocean view from a charming outdoor patio.
Features include a full-size bed, single pull-out couch, & a convertible futon chair (child).

Main Street - 6/10 of a mile
Boardwalk, Bandshell & Pier - 1 mile

*****VERY IMPORTANT TO NOTE*****:
As a result of back to back Hurricanes Ian and Nicole in the Fall of 2022, our seawall was irreparably damaged.
While that has now been replaced and the direct beach access has been restored, along with a large portion of our pool deck, our south pool and that portion of the pool deck is currently under re-construction BUT our north pool (heated in winter) is open and ready for you!
We appreciate your patience and understanding of the extensive nature of the recovery on the entire Daytona Beach, Daytona Beach shores, etc area and will keep this listing updated as projects get completed and our beautiful property returns to 100% normal and even better than before.
