This well kept home features comfortable quality furniture, and fixtures in an exceptionally private, exclusive and gorgeous beach. Just 15 minutes from El Salvador International Airport, and 40 minutes from the city, you can enjoy the tranquility of the ocean, or surf the waves if you prefer.
The open concept home is roomy, private, and the perfect setting for an amazing vacation. The warm tropical waters and serene setting will inspire you to relax. The house has many areas for conversation, as well as a well appointed living room to gather around the tv at the end of the day. Outside, there are two areas to relax in the hammocks, dine al fresco, lounge by the pool and take in some glorious sun. Outside the property, you can enjoy relaxing directly on the beach serves as a great area to surf watch and look out for the gentle waves. The 3000 sq foot house has 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, all accessible through the bedrooms. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 12 and living area seating for more. With it's ample room, the house accommodates intimacy as well as a large family.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay here at this beach front property. It was clean, open, well kept, and safe. All the rooms have air conditioning. The outside leading to the beach is tranquil with the pool, hammocks, and the sound of the ocean waves. The property is maintained by caretakers who do come by a few times a day to check on the place, but overall non-intrusive. The roads leading to the property are not the best shape so be mindful of that. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.
