Summary: This is a great location with beach access and the complimentary chairs for two, is a great perk! The unit is clean, but the online photos are dated and don't quite match up. The bed, though a Queen, was comfortable. It's a very compact 300 sq ft, ideal for two, IMO, not four. Some areas could use a deeper clean, and the Murphy bed shelf seems unstable. The single closet is shared with cleaning supplies, beach gear, & coolers (also a bonus), not having a space for wet beachwear is inconvenient.The AC was set to sleep mode, causing temperature issues (night was hot & day was an igloo), (instructions on site would be helpful). Blackout curtains are needed due to the brightly lit parking garage view. (Side note…this is the only view from in the apt).In summary, the location is the best feature. If you're okay with a very small space and dated conditions, it could work. Manage expectations based on the size and photos that make it seem larger than it is.
