Beach Paradise Villa is an absolute beachfront property. It is five star all the way, with majestic 180 degree ocean views from both levels, four very generous bedrooms and your own private walkway to the beach.
Upstairs, enjoy beautifully presented dining and living areas, bathed in glorious north- facing sunlight.
An outdoor setting for 8 and a barbecue will make your twilight dinner next to the stars and surf a memorable one.
Upstairs, the main bedroom has a ensuite with Large Bath and a shower.
With a King sized bed, luxurious towels and all linen supplied, you won't have to worry about anything on this holiday. Ducted air conditioning, central heating in winter and tiles throughout, make this an easy living property with every mod-con included.
TV room downstairs has a Large curved screen TV, plus DVD/ BLU-RAY, Internet, Foxtel, Netflix area also provided.
Downstairs are three big bedrooms, two with Queen sized bed and ocean views. The last bedroom has two very large King singles, plus of course a second bathroom with Large bath and shower.
Laundry facilities include washing machine & Dryer.
Kitchen facilities include well stock crockery an utensils, also included Miele oven and cook top, a dishwasher, refrigerator, Aldi coffee pod machine.
Complimentary starter tea and coffee pods provided. Twinnings tea bags, Aldi coffee machine pods.
Two comfortable sofa beds in the lounge TV room are available, so this property can comfortably sleep 8, 10 if needed. Sofa Beds can be made up, available by request to the owners.
For families, there also a portable cot available by request, and space for two vehicles in garage and three on drive way.
Forresters is arguably one of Central Coast N.S.W best surfing & snorkelling beaches, pristine, quiet and unspoilt. Dolphins and Whales during season can be spotted regularly and all just 1hr and 20 minutes away from Sydney.
