Paradise Cove beach house is a more peaceful option for those who want to stay away from the crowded beaches. This makes it a perfect vacation spot for visitors looking for a quiet getaway.
The location is ideal for sunset beach walks, uninterrupted beach runs, swimming, snorkeling, fishing, shelling, dolphin, sea turtle and ray spotting. The family friendly beach is also ideal for pitching a cabana and just lounging.
This is ideal for family gatherings and barbecues, yet it's only a 3-minute walk to the beach.
Many families make new beach friends and overlap with other groups year after year. You should come too! When you come once, you'll want to come again and again! Some people make this area home after just one visit! Come see why!
Things to Know
-Property is self-catering. Only starter supplies provided.
- During Spring Break, we rent to 'Families' or 'ALL' occupants must be a minimum of 25 years of age.
-Pet Friendly - 50lb weight limit. 1Dog $200, 2nd Dog $125 Additional Fee
-Ensure that your dog’s medications and immunizations are up to date prior to your stay, especially anti-flea treatment.
-No pets left unattended in yard.
-No Dogs in pool.
-No Smoking - No Vaping.
Here’s what to expect:
Your vacation property is supplied with one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo and bath soap enough for the first 24 hours. Also, a starter supply of paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap.
All units are provided with smart televisions. You are encouraged to bring your own streaming log in information as you may be more familiar and comfortable with their operation.
Other things to note:
-The owner does occupy their home throughout the year and does have pets. We make every effort to remove all pet hair and dander but, guests with pet allergies might still have issues.
There is a Ring doorbell security camera at the front door.
Due to insurance liability requirements, minimum age for the reservation is 25 yrs. old.
There is absolutely NO smoking/vaping of any kind inside the home.
No parties are allowed.
Please be mindful of your neighbors, all are full-time residents, and some have lived here for over 30 years.

Holiday reservations are non-refundable, Blue Angels, 4th of July, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day. Bad weather is Non-refundable.
