Bedroom with double bed (orthopedic mattress), built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan, exit to private balcony where you have chairs and swing net. Living room with sofa bed, 29-inch TV and ceiling fan. Kitchen with stove 4 burners, sink with granite stone, built-in cabinets, counter for food, 3 stools with backrest, refrigerator, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, coffee maker and kitchen utensils. Laundry with tank and clothes dryer. Bathroom w / glass box and sink with granite stone. Another balcony at the entrance of the house w / beach chairs. Own parking. External shower and garden faucet. Cable TV with 70 channels and internet wi-fi, water and light all already included in the daily rate. New house, just built.
Surrounding areas: The place besides the beach of Campeche for those who like to walk has the option of going by the beach, to Joaquina beach which is about 6 km, or to Riozinho beach which is about 3 km. We stayed more or less in the middle of the two beaches. Also c / option to go by boat to the island of Campeche which is outo fantastic place.
