Cute and cozy fully-furnished house has two bedrooms with two queen-size beds, and two sofa beds. A living and dining room, a full-size kitchen, a washer and dryer, your own parking space, high speed internet 400 Mbps, as well as an office with a printer and desk.
Relaxed beach town atmosphere, endemic birds, sea life and more!
The property is fenced to provide extra privacy.

5. Absolutely no smoking of any kind including E-cigarettes/ vaping. No illegal drugs.
6. Use the washer and dryer only for your personal clothes and linen. Under no circumstances the washer and dryer can be used for anything else, included but not limited to carpets, footwear !! Please use the normal or quick wash/dry mode to the extent possible. Please do NOT use the heavy duty mode - this won't make your belongings cleaner or drier, but could damage them !
7. Please turn off all appliances when not used. Please do not keep windows open when A/C is on.
8. Must abide by all State and Federal Laws.
9. The host/owner holds no responsibility for any accident occurred on or around the property. All outdoor activities (included but not limited to swimming, surfing, kayaking) are on guests' own risk.
10. Rates are subject to change until reservation is booked.
11. Violation of any House Rule may result in immediate cancellation of reservation and eviction.
12. Government issued photo ID or Passport for all registered guests required at Check-In.
