Property has been sold!!!! Moree’s Pompano Beach House is a beach escape with a “homey” feel! It’s attractive design and location sets it apart from the many beach hotels and resorts that dot along the Atlantic coast. This house rests in a family-friendly neighborhood that is located in Murrells Inlet on the creek. It is also less than two blocks from the beach and less than three miles from the Marlin Quay Marina and Garden City Pier. Also within acceptable driving distance are Wild Water and Wheels water-park, Murrell’s Inlet Marsh Walk, Huntington Beach State Park, Brookgreen Gardens, Crazy Sister Marina, Express Watersports, and various shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and miniature golf courses.
This raised beach house comes with five bedrooms, three baths, a full kitchen, two sitting rooms, a large living/dining room, making it a great location for families and large groups.
The Ground Level features an open dining/seating area, an outdoor charcoal grill, an enclosed laundry room, two enclosed bedrooms with shared bath, and an outside shower.
The First Level features a classic wooden front porch with rocking chairs and a perfect view of the setting sun. Inside you can enjoy the beauty of vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors, along with stylish beach decor. The First Level also features a kitchen, two bedrooms with a shared full bath, a Master Bedroom and full bath, an open living/dining area, a small enclosed seating area (surrounded by tall windows and glass doors), and a large enclosed seating/dining area (surrounded by tall windows and glass doors). Each room has a TV with satellite/cable (except for downstairs bedroom with one Queen and 1 Twin). Free Wifi!
Also, we have a boat ramp and a brand new dock! Bring you boat and you can conveniently put your boat in at the house and and not worry about driving miles away!
