In General:
• The main door of the condominium must always remain closed.
• Pets are not allowed in any common area, they must be taken outside the condominium on a leash,
not relieve themselves within the facilities and be very aware of any damage they may cause in the pool area and surroundings.
• Honking the horn is prohibited in the external area of ​​the condominium, especially the same must be required of food
delivery personnel.
• SMOKING is strictly prohibited in all common areas.
• Parties or gatherings within the apartments must be kept at an appropriate volume,
from 12 am the volume must be turned off or lowered so as not to disturb the peace of other neighbors.
• Hanging towels or any type of clothing on balcony railings is prohibited.
• Throwing trash in common areas is prohibited. After using the tables, you must pick up your waste and
throw it in the exclusive container for these areas. Leave the furniture in the same clean condition
as you found it. • Never throw garbage or small garbage bags in the condominium's external container. Since
the truck does not take them away. Always do so in the pool area bin.
• It is prohibited to place or leave personal items in the common areas of the condominium.
Pool and Roof Area:
• The use of the common areas is limited to 6 people per apartment.
• The pool's usage hours are set from 10 am to 10 pm.
• The roof's usage hours are set from 10 am to 10 pm. After the permitted time, the music and lights will be turned off.
• Barbecues or grills are prohibited in common areas.
• Food should NOT be consumed at the edges or inside the pool.
• Drinks should NOT be consumed in glass cups at the edges or inside the pool.
• Music in the common areas must be at a volume that does not bother other users.
• All people, children and adults must shower and remove sand before entering the pool.
• The use of a swimsuit is mandatory, it is not allowed to enter the pool with any other type of clothing.
• It is forbidden to rinse inflatables, donuts or accessories in the pool.
• It is forbidden to enter the elevator with wet clothes. Dry yourself before.
• Pets, bicycles, skates, skateboards and any vehicle are prohibited in common areas.
• DO NOT scratch the tables with markers or crayons.
• The furniture in the common area cannot be moved from its place or taken to the beach.
• DO NOT stand on the chairs, tables or lounge chairs.
• DO NOT sit two people in a chair, or lie down two on a lounge chair.
• DO NOT lie down with shoes on the lounge chairs.
• If liquids are spilled on the tables and lounge chairs, they must be cleaned with soapy water, NEVER use abrasive detergents.
• It is forbidden to make scandals or perform acts against morality. Always maintain good conduct and courtesy.
• It is everyone's responsibility to ensure the care, compliance and proper use of our assets.
